Faculty of Business, Enterprise and Tourism with Supported Programmes
35 hours per week

In partnership with the Academic Head and Director of Faculty you will contribute to strategic planning and lead on the strategic and operational management for the Culinary Arts, Hospitality and Supported Programmes area of the faculty.
You will take responsibility for the successful development of a defined curriculum, as well as implementation of College strategic aims and objectives through leadership of operational planning, performance, monitoring, and reporting operational and commercial management of resources.
The role may be require to teach up to 12 hours per week.
You should be qualified to HND/Degree (SCQF 8/9) or hold a SVQ Level 4/5 in the relevant vocational area along with a relevant teaching qualification.
Relevant experience of teaching and qualifications within curriculum areas is essential along with proven effective educational practitioner (an industry knowledge and experience of commercial delivery, innovation and development of successful methodologies in curriculum delivery).
You should have a proven record of evaluative ability, to recognise areas for improvement and plan for excellence and have comprehensive experience in the effective application of national quality standards and curriculum design and planning.
