35 hours per week
1 year fixed term contract

This new and exciting role is central to increasing the FCSA and Fife College’s work towards the Smarter Choices, Smarter Places (SCSP) initiative. This will include engaging students and staff to reduce their car use in favour of more sustainable alternatives such as walking, cycling and public transport.
You will be expected to raise awareness of key activities and priorities through the delivery of creative communication campaigns and high-profile events to increase the number of people taking part in our Sustainable Travel Projects and will be responsible for identifying potential funding opportunities.
Educated to HNC Level (SCQF Level 7) or equivalent experience, you should have previous involvement working with the public, along with experience of leading public focused campaigns and events.
You should have a dynamic and adaptable working style to be able to speak with a wide range of people across the College and have effective written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office and database software with good knowledge of Social Media and interactive engagement tools is essential.
There will be a requirement to extensively travel as part of your role.
